Booking conditions
1.The offer will be valid only for the credit card holders during the aforementioned period of the offer.
2.The discounted rate is applicable for bookings made during 20-21-22 May 2024.
3.The offer is valid for stays till 31 August 2024 (excluding black-out from 1 July to 31 August for Amethyst Resort) and applicable for WEEKDAYS only.
4. Rates are inclusive of taxes (as imposed by the government).
5.Rates are subject to change at any time prior to a confirmed booking.

7. Rooms are subject to availability for this offer and will be confirmed, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Payment
8.Full payment must be made to secure the booking.
9.The payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable.
10.Offer is applicable for base room categories only. For higher room categories relevant supplement(s) will be added and shall be fully borne by the customer.
11.Offer is not applicable for extras consumed at the property.

12.The discount given is based on the rack rate as determined by the company and not on rates that may be published on other platforms.

Stay conditions
13.Offer applicable only for Sri Lankans and Sri Lanka resident visa holders.
14.Cardholder must be present for the duration of the booked stay period for the offer to be valid.
15.Cardholder is required to submit the credit card & NIC/passport upon arrival at the Hotel for verification purposes.
16.Offer will not be valid if referred to at the time of check-in or checkout.
17.Kindly note meals served will be on a la carte or buffet, based on the hotels occupancy and will be determined by the hotel management.

Amendments and cancellations
18.Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made.
19.For cancellations, full payment is non-refundable.
20.For amendments of date of stay due to reasonable circumstances (at the discretion of Management and date availability) during the same period, the same discount will be applied. The discount will not be applicable for bookings made outside the promotional period.
